Instructions
- Please choose text or logo link above and provide the embroiderer with the details needed to produce your custom order properly.
- Your logo or text is required within 5 days of placing your order. If not received within this time frame, an embroiderer representative will be contacting you to obtain the information.
- After your custom design is uploaded and processed, the embroiderer will contact you via email with a sew-out swatch of your design for approval prior to production. To keep your job on track, your approval will be needed within 24 hours of receiving the approval.
- Items are embroidered and shipped prepaid as directed on the order.
- Pricing includes embroidery charge for the logo and, if desired, name.
- Orders ship 7-10 days from date of artwork approval.
